While Sports and Holistic massage share similar techniques, each one yields a different outcome. Sports Massage is mainly used for athletes and is a more deep tissue massage that helps with post-event recovery, pre-event warmup, or general maintenance. Whereas Holistic Massage is more of a relaxing and balanced massage for the mind body and soul.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Regarding Personal Training, I am offering 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions. With a tailored experience with every client according to their goals, this is why it’s important we have a consultation beforehand so that I can understand your where you’re at and where you want to be so I can create a plan of action.
